We are looking for energetic, entrepreneurial and professional hosts who see the need and the business opportunity to organize an B2B event nearby. This can take place in Africa and outside Africa, but always about Africa. It can be an informal networking event but also a formal event with a program. You can add the tools for predefined networking like online table seating,

Category of event [?] Choose one of the six options. You can choose more, if you want to combine certain event categories.

City-Country [?] Usually, one of the main cities of a country with good facilities as to (international) transportation

Category hotel or other location [?] It should be an attractive top hotel or nice representative location with a capacity of at least 125 persons. Hotels have never charged us anything, because of good publicity and good bar turnover.

Audience profile [?] What kind of local network will you bring in? Which people, how many? Please explain.

Audience size [?] How many particpants would you expect or want to come in view of the location? In case of a predefined networking encoounter event, how many seats or places are available?

Theme [?] If any – not necessary

Presentations [?] In case of an informal network event, we would like to keep presentations to a minimum

Sponsors [?] Idea or set-up

Commercial deal with hotel [?] Could be a % of hotel bookings and /or dinners

Catering [?] In a minimum set-up, everybody has to pay for its own drinks.

Badges [?] Could be an extra service to participants. We could also ask to prepare in advance with an own badge.
